Nysura Distillery is an independent micro-distillery based in Nissoria (EN) in the heart of Sicily and is one of the few companies on the island capable of carrying out the entire production process on site.
HERBARIUM _ BOTANICAL SPIRITS LINE
A collection of exclusive spirits continually updated by Nysura Distillery, designed to exalt the purity of each single botanical hand-harvested and distilled in accordance with sustainable artisanal procedures. The Herbarium_Botanical_Spirits_Line tells the story of Dario Rinaldi’s passion and regard for the plants of the Mediterranean, rooting his founding of Nysura Distillery.
PRODUCTION
Nysura Distillery is focused on innovation, distills its spirits by use of the cold distillation method (or vacuum distillation) through a Rotavapor®, a state-of-the-art process that allows to preserve the scents of the most delicate botanicals.
