HEMISPHAERICA

In the shade of the Etna volcano, fed by the heat of the lava and the ash of the lapilli, a mythological juniper thrives, the basic and only botanical ingredient of Hemisphaerica. The carefully picked and selected generous and sacred berries of Juniperus communis, playing a lively and spontaneous solo - a timbre of the native Sicilian subspecies: hemisphaerica.

Our gin’s special balsamic, wild, resinous smell is captured in all its fullness by cold distillation. Hemisphaerica, at its best in cocktails where gin is the main ingredient, can also be enjoyed straight to allow full appreciation of its silkiness and persistence to linger in one’s mouth.
