HERBARIUM _
BOTANICAL SPIRITS LINE

A collection of exclusive spirits continually updated by Nysura Distillery, designed to exalt the purity of each single botanical hand-harvested and distilled in accordance with sustainable artisanal procedures. The Herbarium Botanical Spirits Line tells the story of Dario Rinaldi’s passion and regard for the plants of the Mediterranean, rooting his founding of Nysura Distillery.

Any eventual opalescence of our spirits is significant of the careful and natural method used to extract the essential oils during the process of cold distillation.
