Nysura Distillery is an independent micro-distillery based in the heart of Sicily and is one of the few companies on the island capable of carrying out the entire production process on site. Obtained a tax warehouse license for the rectification of alcohol, the company has been established in Nissoria, the birthplace of Dario Rinaldi, its founder (Nysura is the ancient name of Nissoria).

 

Nysura Distillery is devoted to the territory, in a logic that valorizes the freshness of the raw materials and botanicals harvested, by respecting the rhythms of nature and seasonal cycles.

 

Nysura has chosen to follow its products at every stage, from the harvest of botanicals, to distillation, to bottling, to closely monitor the processes and obtain refined and high-end craft distillates.

 

Nysura takes care of the brand, Dario has entrusted the image and communication of his company to the artist Mariagrazia Pontorno.
