NYSURA DISTILLERY

Nysura Distillery is an independent micro-distillery based in Nissoria (EN) in the heart of Sicily and is one of the few companies on the island capable of carrying out the entire production process on site.
PRODUCTION

Nysura Distillery is focused on innovation, distills its spirits by use of the cold distillation method (or vacuum distillation) through a Rotavapor®, a state-of-the-art process that allows to preserve the scents of the most delicate botanicals.
Nysura Distillery is
a project by Dario Rinaldi, agronomist, passionate about Mediterranean wild plants and in love with gin.
